Refund Policy

Money Back Guarantee: We offer a money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website or in-person up to 5 days after the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 5 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that this guarantee does not apply to any Done for You items.

No Returns after 5 days: Due to our purchasing of equipment and supplies before the class date, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for purchases after 5 days from the date of purchase.

Done for You Items: For Done for You items, such as customized manikins, bags, and instructor shirts, we begin purchasing materials and completing the requested work 5 days after payment is received. Therefore, we cannot offer any refunds once purchasing has begun.

Attend Another Class: If you are unable to attend the scheduled class, you may attend another class within 60 days of the purchased date. Please contact us at least 72 hours in advance to reschedule.

Returns for Items such as Manikin Clothing, Instructor Shirt, or Bag Logos Embroidery: If we fail to complete the requested work within 30 days after the class date, we will issue a refund for any items such as manikin clothing, instructor shirt, or bag logos embroidery. However, we cannot issue a refund if the error is due to the customer's action, such as incorrect mailing address or spelling errors.
